Publication Ethics

Plagiarism includes, but is not limited to:

  • Using words, phrases, sentences, facts, or information from another source without properly citing the source or citing it in the record citation;
  • Referencing and/or quoting arbitrary words, phrases, facts, and/or information from a source without properly declaring the source or citing it in the record citation;
  • Formulate words and/or sentences from the source of words and/or phrases, ideas, opinions, views, or theories without properly citing the source;
  • Submit a scientific paper created and/or published by others as a source of scientific work without properly expressing the source;
  • Use a source of ideas, opinions, views, or theories without properly citing the source.

Prevention

Journal of Innovation, Finance, Management, and Accounting will ensure that every published article will not exceed a 15% similarity score. Plagiarism screening will be conducted by the Journal of Innovation, Finance, Management, and Accounting using Turnitin.

Sanctions

  • Reprimand;
  • Letter of warning;
  • Revocation of the article;
  • Cancellation of publication.
